    Standard terms applicable within this document:

    • Customer means a user of the Site or any of our Services;
    • Service means any service we provide at the Site now or in the future, including our payroll, time tracking and invoicing products;
    • Service Provider means SESQUE PTY LTD (ABN: 53 628 625 641); and
    • Site means the Internet web site found at sesque.com or any of its sub domains, e.g. payroll.sesque.com, and includes all web pages attached thereto and such other web sites as we incorporate.

    In this Privacy Statement the expressions we, us and our are a reference to the Service Provider and the expressions you, your are in reference to the Customer.

  5. Data security

    We will take reasonable organisational and technical precautions to prevent the misuse, loss or alteration of your data.
    All Customer data is stored encrypted at rest. All Customer data in transit is encrypted using transport layer security (TLS).
    All payments made on the Site are processed by an accredited Payment Card Industry (PCI) service provider.

  6. Location and data transfers

    All Customer data processing is done in Microsoft Azure data centres located in Australia.
    We will take all reasonable steps required to ensure that no cross-border Customer data flows occur.

    When you use the Site your IP address will be collected. This will be used for user identification as part of the Site security, as well as tracking regional locations.
